Onur

I started as a personal trainer. I became something else.

Over years of working with executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals who lead at the highest levels, I noticed the same pattern: people who could close any deal, run any meeting, build any business — but couldn't keep a promise to themselves about their own health.

The problem was never discipline. These are the most disciplined people I know. The problem was that no one was addressing the whole person — the stress they carry, the identity they've built around productivity, the fear that slowing down means falling behind.
